Love this vacuum,
I have to completely disagree with the previous review. Yes, the head size is narrow but that makes it able to get into more places. Yes, it is lightweight, but that makes it so much easier to use and in no way affects its performance. It is a super vacuum removing much more sand, dog hair, dirt and debris than our previous vacuum, which is a cumbersome, heavy, bagless upright. The collection canister is very easy to empty. Our carpet feels so much softer as well, so the beater bars must be working – and that’s with no extra weight applied, just normal movement. We also feel it works better, by far, than the built-in we had in a previous house and the Miele we had while living in Europe. The whole engineering of this vacuum is far superior to any we’ve used, addressing many issues other vacuums have. So, you have to make a couple extra passes. It moves so effortlessly the only thing you’ll notice is how clean and soft your carpets are.
