Powerful and lightweight,
We’ve recently replaced all of the carpeting in our home with hardwoods. We’ve had a Oreck upright for a long time and really liked it but the brushes kept throwing stuff away from the vacuum on the hardwoods. We looked around and several other canister vacuums before purchasing this one. We really love it, it picks up cat hair and litter extremely well as well as anything else we put in front of it. We also purchase the vacuum powered power brush to use with it for furniture and it also works for a while. My only word of caution is be careful when buying bags for it because less you buy the correct one they will leak inside of the vacuum!

sugested bags do not fit the oreck quest..you will need PK12CM1000..had to return bags..got the right ones from oreck direct
