Filter was exactly was described and fits the Bissel floor vac. My wife loves the vac the only issue we had was purchasing a second vacuum. The second vacuum had an issue with the filter and cup not be assemble correctly. WE received prompt credit and thus far have been very satisfied with the purchase.
