Not much to say, I guess. My model number of Bissell Lift-Off was in the list on the product description, the brush roll arrived when it was supposed to, and it fit perfectly. And it fixed my problem, which was that my original brush roll bushings had worn out causing rubbing and noise. This new unit is smooth and silent – I forgot how quiet this vacuum was!

For some reason, the brush roll in our vacuum had become warped, and was not working properly. Went online and found this replacement, and it works perfectly, exactly like the original part. Glad to be able to find the correct part to make the repair, and received it very quickly!
