|Excellent Replacement,
I tried some generic replacement filters for my Black & Decker hand vac and they did not fit as well as the original filter which came in the vaccuum. Being a Black and Decker product, these fit perfectly!

These filters are just the right replacement for PHV1800 vacuum. Best of all is pricing, if you buy the one in the original box you will pay 8 or 9 USD for each one, this package comes with 4 filters for around 20 USD (including shipping). I’m already using one and works just fine. Also, seller delivered as promised.
