Good filter. It works.,
This replacement filter works well with the Black and Decker Cordless Vacuum CHV1568. The manual says to replace the filter every 6-9 months but I seem to use up the filters much quicker even with washing the filters.
To Beth: The vacuum uses a single filter. And there is a filter housing (that holds the filter) that must be re-attached to the vacuum motor housing. The old filter should be pulled out from the housing and replaced with a new filter. The filter housing has 3 holes that go back onto the vacuum motor housing. Basically, you should be doing the opposite of Figure G to re-attach the filter housing — fit the filter housing into place over the 3 pegs (2 on top, 1 on bottom) and twist counter-clockwise.
