Beautiful Vacuum Hose,
I just bought this hose for my 5″ Bosch ROS20VSK and the Bosch 1294VSK corner detail sander. I used it all day sanding my stair case and it made for a dust free work area. The hose is small and very flexible and doesn’t get in the way any more then the power cord. The 5-meter length gives you lots of reach and I didn’t feel that it cut down on any sucking power. I sanded for 8 hours and it sucked up all the sanding dust. The hose is designed to attach to the Bosch vacuum but I managed to cobble together an adapter for my shop vac.
I felt the previous reviewer was a little harsh on his review so I decided to chime in. The hose really is only made for attaching to Bosch Power Tools for collecting dust. It is about 1″ in OD so I wouldn’t expect to use it for general clean up. Having said that I did manage to use it with my Dewalt sander with good success as long as I didn’t tug on it. So other tools might be possible?
