Surprise…It really works well,
I have the 110v model for in the house of this vacuum and was pleased with it’s function so that’s why I purchased this one for my vehicle…on Dirt Devil’s reputation. I have a white dog and a new vehicle with a black interior. All the 12v car vacuums that I have had in the past did not do the job. This one really removes pet hair and sand and dirt from my vehicle. It works almost as good as the 110v model.

I just used this vac for the first time today. It seems to work well for occasional cleanup, like grass on floorboards, etc. I don’t think it would work well for deep cleaning jobs, though. The suction is not that great, but does get a bit better when the crevice device is put down. Overall, it’s convenient to store in my car and gets the job done (as long as it’s not a huge job).
