Purchased this refurbished DC 14 after doing a lot of research on Dyson on Amazon and other sites. I decided to take a chance with the refurbished unit and am happy so far. The unit ships in a generic box, containing all the usual dyson manuals and registration information. Be aware that the product listing indicates a 5 year warranty but the product actually ships with a 6 month warranty card. The 6 month warranty is typical for dyson refurbished units. The vacuum itself works well and looks unused.
