Great machine,
This is a terrific machine. I have owned it for about two years. Purchased a reconditioned unit. I have 12 cats and it picks up the hair very efficiently. Extremely well thought out design. Emptying is a breeze. Its not particularly loud and I haven’t had the issue mentioned in the first review. The wand design is a little cumbersome, but with a little practice its easy. READ the manual it is helpful for discovering what all the buttons do. Do not use the brushes on on a bare floor. Litter is picked up very efficiently. Watch out for receipts and large pieces of paper. The machine will eat anything that moves if you are not careful and a large piece of paper may get stuck. However, it is easy to remove a clog.
