This container is better then the original that came on my SteamVac. Because it is the new improved one. it has the detergent container all together with clean water tank & has new & better seals. Very happy that my old one was broken by my sister-in-law!

|Tank is wonderful – Should have come with original purchase,
The tank (water and seperate solution reservoirs) that came with the machine were horrible. I broke the solution reservoir within months of owning the machine. I’ve been trying to keep it on with packing tape for a few years and wish that I had bought the replacement tank years ago.
Also, the caps for the water and cleaning solution reservoirs are better constructed that the original. If your are still fighting with the old tank, I highly recommend this replacement.
