Electrical connector broke after 1 year,
I purchased my vacuum new 1 year ago and the electrical connector on the telescoping wand somehow broke and went inside the wand. Obviously without power the power brush will not work. Very strange and seems as if there is now way to take the wand apart. Whatever held the electrical connector in place must have broken inside. So, have to spend $120 for a new electric wand. Hopefully we don’t have this issue again!

I ordered this wand as a replacement for a 10 yr. old wand which had a broken plastic end. It fits a little too snugly with the older power brush. Its a bit difficult to attach the power brush. The end is still made of plastic which could break again. I am surprised that the plastic connector cannot be replaced and I had to get a whole new wand. Other than that the wand is fine.
