I owned many vacuums over 30 years and this one is the best. It is self-propelled and the suction factor is excellent. Highly recommend it!

|Just OK,
The fact that it is as loud as an airplane jet is something I accept because it is a commercial model. But its design somehow misses the mark a bit because that doesn’t exactly translate to the best rug agitation and suction compared to my old Kenmore canister that we used for about 7 years. It also comes with a very cool looking attachment – a mini agitator that spins with the power of the suction. Unfortunately, it stops spinning when ever it touches a surface. So the fancy attachment is worth nothing. The reason I don’t give this 3 stars is that overall, it is a heavy-duty and rugged appliance. I also like the bagless feature and rather large HEPA filter it comes with. We figure if we vacuum more often, we won’t notice the dog-hairs missed when we only do it once a week. I also plan on getting a backpack vacuum to do the rest of the house’s hardwood floors so this wasn’t such a critical purchase. I would say, keep looking and perhaps pay a little more for better agitation and suction.
