Run on 24 Vdc and as little as 60 psi, TOUGH GARD(TM) Spatter Cleaner removes spatter build-up from MIG welding consumables. This minimizes spatter accumulation and extends life of robotic MIG welding consumables. All-in-one solution, featuring factory-installed sprayer and wire cutter, also lessens frequency of MIG consumable changeover, promoting arc-on time. Measuring 9.75 x 9.75 x 17.5 in., station is hard wired to integrate with existing robotic or PLC automation controls.
