Maybe I was expecting too much from this product. Vacuum and mop in ONE step?!?! Considering many other competitors say to vacuum at least 3 times before using a mop mode. But nope. This product claims to use extraordinary suction to vacuum and mop at the same time.
Ugh…where do I begin?!?! The noise? It sounds like a dying spray bottle with an attached vibrator. I wouldnât want to be in the house while this is running. UNFORTUNATELY, it doesnât have an app to connect with to notify you when itâs done, needs emptying/refilling of water, or what area it has covered. You literally have to check up on this thing manually. Unacceptable given the amount of money youâre paying for it!!
Next, it only mops a 6 inch area. So if itâs traveling down a surface area the 2-3 inches on the right will not be mopped. Which sucks when you have kids and pets.
I think the most disappointing aspect is how useless this product is. It stops and starts at random moments. It also cleans an area 5-6 times and doesnât do the rest. For example, itâs always cleaning underneath my couch 4-5 times but neglects high traffic areas.
I had high hopes for this product but it has a ways to go for the asking price tag. Keep your money

This thing is amazing! Itâs so simple to set up, clean, and use!! It has different options that allow a more thorough floor cover than most robot cleaning machines. I locked it in my bedroom and let it run. Came back about an hour later and it was still running although the floor was completely done. Most robots have a dead battery by then so this is my favorite one!! It will sweep and mop at the same time too so I have no need for my other iRobot. This was well worth the money!
