I use these bags with the Hoover Tempo model vacuum. They work GREAT! While I do not have allergies, I hate dust and dust coming from my vacuum is just not acceptable in any form.
I have used this vacuum and these bags for about six months now and I have gone thru two bags. Not too bad if you ask me. I have not noticed any dust coming from either the bag when replacing it nor from the vacuum itself during use.
I am buying more of the as we speak!
