We just bought this machine and I can’t say enough things about it. Our carpets are over 10 years old and it’s made them look 100% better. Best of all it has a 6 year manufacturer’s warranty so if there are any problems it can be taken to a nearby service center for repair. My husband has been using it the last two days and our carpets look great. I read many reviews and it seemed like the best one on the market. We buy a new machine about every 2 years as they break down frequently, but with a 6 year warranty you can’t go wrong. I ordered the carpet cleaning solution through Amazon because it’s cheaper than in the markets, free shipping and no tax. Great deal. Just be sure to clean the brushes and rinse everything throughly when you’re done using it. We have 13 dogs and cats so having a good carpet cleaner is essential for us. We highly recommend that you read the operations manual prior to using the carpet cleaner in order to ensure all the settings are correct for proper operation. Buy it and you’ll see the difference in how your carpets look and feel. The multiple brushes have fluffed and raised the carpet and it feels like new. One machine for 6 years will be a welcomed change!
