Genuine Hoover final filter 2 pack for self-propelled Hoover WindTunnel vacuum cleaners. This 3-layer micron filter is in Hoover package number 40110006 and contains two 38766-021 ( 38766021 ) filters. The filters fit inside the filter door on the side of self-propelled WindTunnel uprights. The filter measures 10 7/16-inch x 3 5/16-inch x 1/2-inch and has a green layer, a yellow layer and a white layer. It does not fit non-self-propelled WindTunnels.
