Inline Wire Cleaning System offers standalone operation.

To ensure clean wire is passed through machine prior to forming, WC6 uses inline wiping, rotary brushes with specialized detergents to remove visible dust and excessive scale as well as draw lubricants from wire. Pneumatic drying system, also included, dries wire before it exits system. Cleaning solution is filtered, recycled, and reused within this standalone unit, and cleaning solution temperature is controlled via included PLC. Uses include continuous feed and start-stop operations.
