I spent months looking for the right vacuum, we have mostly hard wood floors so I needed something that would take care of them. This vacuum was a bit more expensive than I would normally would buy, and well worth the money. It was easy to set up and light to move through the house. I have found that I have cut vacuuming time in half, the swivel of the handle make it easy to get under and around furniture I used to have to move and the long cord is great.

I have always purchased lower cost vacuums, and was hesitant to make this investment. I’ve now had this vacuum for several weeks and am LOVING it! In my opinion, the greatest benefit of this vacuum is it’s ability to handle hard wood/laminate/tile floors with ease and effectiveness. The swivel head of the hard floor accessory works wonderfully well, reaching into corners and around furniture with ease. My only complaint is that it is a bit difficult for me to use the rug vacuum on the carpet in my bedrooms. I did not realize that my carpet is considered medium/high pile carpet. This vacuum does accomplish the task, but maneuvering it on this thicker carpet is a bit of a workout! On my lower pile carpets, this vacuum works like a dream. This is the only reason for my giving it 4/5 stars. If you have normal carpets, this vacuum should work great for you! For me, the benefits of this vacuum FAR outweigh the slight inconvenience of this carpet issue. I’m highly satisfied!
