Miele non powered wand,
I had the original power wand, but I don’t have any carpet. After a few years, the cord got stuck in the adjustable power wand and became unusable. I found this unit here and have been using it ever since.
I have had it for a while now. I use the vacuum at least twice per week, and I adjust the length constantly. The wand has never failed to extend or retract as needed and it is lighter than the power wand. If you must use the power head, you need a power wand and will have to pay the high price for that, but if you just have wood and tile floors like me, you can replace the power wand with this non powered wand without any trouble, and it is lighter too.

Had to replace our original (8 year old) wand connection because the button that extends/collapses the wand broke. This fit fine, was shipped quickly, and was the same price as elsewhere. Cheaper than in the brick and mortar store.

This matches the original wand, unlike cheaper replacements that don’t stay attached to the hose. I needed it because I bought my vacuum “as is” and the wand wouldn’t extend.

I’m using it with s168 stick vacuum. This works better than the stock attachment on carpet. It’s also easy to take apart and clean when something’s tangled.
