THIS THING IS AWESOME!!!I purchased this to take care of my son’s bedwetting accidents when he comes into my room during the middle of the night. It pulls more liquid back out of the mattress than any other spot cleaner or the upholstery attachment from my carpet cleaner. When it arrived, I decided to go back over my mattress to see if it would take out the water marks left from the other machines I’d tried -it took all of them out & left my mattress looking brand new- finished up around 4:30 pm and the mattress was completely dry & ready for bedding well before 8 that same day- not possible with any of the bissel products I tried. The hard surface attachment is a nice feature of well & did a very nice job on the kitchen tile grout.
The only negative/cons I can come up with for this item is the fill line on the dirty reservoir side is a bit lower than what the tank has capacity for, the heads are a little difficult to detach, but I’m more than willing to put up with it for the amount of liquid it pulls out of a fabric surface, and the last would be the length of the hose- it could be a little bit longer to make cleaning items like a mattress easier.
One other word of caution- be prepared for the amount of dirt this thing will pull out of whatever surface you use it on!!!This thing is great!

This model comes with a 3″ carpet/upholstery attachment and wider squeegee nozzle for cleaning hard surfaces. It does not heat the water.
This product is bigger than I expected at about 16″ high. The dirty tank is easier to clean than my old SpotBot’s. My spray nozzle aims at the top of the bristles on the 3″ carpet/upholstery nozzle and sprays wider than them, so there is considerable overspray on both sides of the attachment.
I bought this to replace a SpotBot Bissell SpotBot Pet Hands-Free Compact Deep Cleaner, Blue Illusion, 1200A with a busted hose and hand spray nozzle – the repair shop kept it for a week before saying it couldn’t be fixed.
